The Principal CDA (Southern Command) is an organisation with antecedents
dating back to the year 1789. The organisation is engaged in the tasks
of providing accounting, audit, payment and financial advice services
to about 1,050 Units and Formations in the states of Maharashtra,
Gujarat and Rajasthan. Another major function of the organisation is
accounting and release of pay and fund claims to PBORs through a
network of computerised Pay Accounts Offices.
